RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Because most of my items are personalized, returns are not accepted on items unless Sassy 603 is at fault. We will be more than happy to work with you, so if you have any issues or concerns, please feel free to contact us! All refunds for non-personalized items must be approved by Sassy 603 prior and will have a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds on customized items will not be given nor can changes on orders be accepted once the order has entered production.
Sassy 603 will not be held responsible for errors that were included in the submitted wording from the client and therefore refunds will not be given due to such errors.
Unless the seller is at fault, the cost of shipping the items back to Sassy 603 is the buyer’s responsibility and only the cost of the product will be refunded once the items are returned (no postage or handling fees will be refunded).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
